I recently had a brilliant idea! ..actually it was a dumb idea but could bring some fun and also brings up some toughts.

Why not open your own Apple Store? Nonono, not selling weak devices for the price of a small car .. just selling .. APPLES!

You could sell fresh Apples from all over the world, from China, Austria, Germany .. so you got an Apple Store and indeed you should use an Apple as logo for your store. Even an Apple where a part was bitten off, because that's the whole reason for an apple - to eat it.

You could also sell various products made out of apples. Like Marmelade, Chutney or pie!

Just think about all the free publicity you get, just because you have an "Apple Store" selling real Apples!

And Apple (the company which believes invented square devices with round corners) will not be able to do anything against it .. not sure how far trademarking is going currently and even when "Apple Store" is trademarked (or a brand) it should be possible to use it for a complete different business type (no electronics at all)

But who knows, maybe Apple will sue New York in the Future and demanding license fees for being known as "the big apple"

It is also possible that I will get sued just because I use the phrase "Apple" multiple times inside this post xD

There are so many opportunities for Apple to get license fees. Think about Apple Pie, Appletizer, Apple Juice .. oh my god.

And there is also the Mac .. they have the iMac, Mac Pro .. I've heard they now want to make a new flagship, much bigger than the current Mac Pro (still on one level with 5 year old regular computers) and they want to call it:

Big Mac!

(They are already hiring additional lawyers to have some fun with a big cheese burger vendor)
